By booking or participating in any travel services offered by Ares Luxe, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Ares Luxe acts solely as a travel agency, providing booking and coordination services between clients and third-party providers such as hotels, airlines, and tour operators. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third-party providers.

2. Safety and Personal Responsibility

Your safety is important to us. However, Ares Luxe does not assume responsibility for any personal accidents, injuries, illness, loss, damage, or death that may occur during the course of travel or any associated activities.

3. Participation in Risky Activities

Certain activities such as adventure sports, extreme entertainment, or high-risk excursions (e.g., skydiving, scuba diving, Mountain climbing, Speed Boat ride, Horse Riding ,paragliding, ziplining , etc.) involve inherent risks. Participation in such activities is at your own risk.

• Ares Luxe does not provide coverage or assume liability for incidents that may result from participation in these activities.

• Tourists are fully responsible for assessing their physical condition and accepting the associated risks before engaging in such activities.

• It is strongly recommended that all participants acquire comprehensive travel and medical insurance that covers adventure or risky activities.

4. Release of Liability

By engaging in any high-risk activity during your travel, you release Ares Luxe from all claims, demands, or liability arising from injury, loss, damage, or death connected to such activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

5. Insurance

It is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain appropriate travel insurance. This should include coverage for trip cancellations, medical expenses, personal accidents, and risky recreational activities.

6. Code of Conduct

Travelers are expected to behave responsibly and respect local laws, customs, and regulations during their trip. Any traveler found engaging in illegal, unsafe, or disruptive behavior may be permanently banned from booking future services with Ares Luxe Travel. Ares Luxe reserves the right to discontinue services immediately and without refund in such cases.
